A Lifelong Community and Home
For Kirsten Sichler Webb ’98, Westminster has always been more than a school—it’s a lifelong community and guiding force that helped shape who she is today.
At Westminster, Kirsten gained skills, learned values, and built friendships which prepared her for life beyond Williams Hill. Her advisor and “school dad,” Mr. Stevens, supported and cheered her on every step of the way. To this day, Westminster remains a meaningful part of her life. To Kirsten, Grit & Grace is more than a motto—it’s a life philosophy.
Inspired by her family’s commitment to their own schools, Kirsten has made giving back a priority. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association, led reunion efforts, and recently completed a nine-year term on the Board of Trustees. “Each time I say yes, I’m humbled and excited to learn about Westminster from a new perspective,” she says.
Joining the Thring Society was another easy ‘yes.’ “I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Westminster,” she says. To honor that impact, she established a scholarship to ensure future students benefit from the same transformative experience. Through her involvement, Kirsten has seen Westminster grow while staying true to its ethos. She’s watched students engage with faculty beyond the classroom and develop life skills that last well beyond graduation. “It may look like a new campus,” she says, “but it feels like the Westminster I’ve always known. It feels like coming home.”
